Returns
Any returns must be actioned within 14 days of receiving a product. Please call or email with your request before this time.
If goods are paid for and agreed to and you then change your mind we reserve the right to charge you a handling and restocking fee of 15% of the total retail price.
The customer must pay for return postage and the item must be in an unopened and unused condition.
Any used items will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given for items used and/or set up incorrectly. We reserve the right to check any item deemed faulty by the customer and will not issue a refund based on anything other than a fault with the item.
We are always trying to provide the best possible service to you the customer but if we are spoken to with abusive or threatening language we reserve the right to refuse any return.
Please note that a poor hatch or a loss of eggs or livestock does not denote a faulty machine. Human error and changing weather conditions are always contributing factors in any operation.
We can not be held responsible for any loss of eggs due to power outages or faults of any kind.
