Shipping policy
All items paid for in full will be picked and packed within 48hrs. We reserve this right that all purchases pending payment will not be sent until funds are cleared to our account.
Postage is weight based and our checkout page is integrated with an Australia post app which gives a live shipping rate for door to door delivery. TNT is also integrated for bulky items.
We do not offer express post on our website as Express post is often slower than advertised and is out of our control. If however you badly need this service please call us directly to place your order.
All items shipped with Australia post standard postage take 3-7 business days Australia wide but delays can occur.
Please note that we work with TNT couriers for bulky items, smaller items are sent with Australia post mostly but can also go with TNT.
Once items leave our warehouse we will not be held responsible for delays in shipping & freight as this is completely out of our control. We will always provide a refund or replacement if the item is lost permanently but delays can and will happen.
We do not offer express post as we have found that to regional & rural areas express and standard are one and the same.
Our aim is to provide you with the best shopping experience possible but we also ask for patience when things don't go to plan.
We are always trying to provide the best possible service to you the customer but if we are spoken to with abusive or threatening language we reserve the right to discontinue our conversation & you must take it up with the relevant shipping company your item is delayed with.
Items cannot be re-dispatched until the shipping company has declared the item lost.
