- Universal Egg Tray System: The first professional egg tray* in the world capable of holding any type of egg vertically, from goose eggs to quail eggs. In every single lodging it is possible to hold 1 hen egg (or larger size species) or 4 small eggs, up to a total of 224 quail eggs. An innovative system in egg logistics that contains the greatest number of eggs in a limited space, thus drastically reducing energy consumption.
- External water filling: Easy to fill with two external fillers that reduce water loss through humidity and are closed with specialised dust-stop plugs made from ABS Polymer with Biomaster® antibacterial ion additive to prevent water from being contaminated by germs and dust.
- Durable material: Made using heat-resistant ABS antimicrobial plastic featuring Biomaster® technology for superior resistance, insulation and bacteria reduction and control to prevent bacterial infections to embryo (a main cause of death for hatching chicks).
- Insulated Ventinatlion: Internal ventilation is supplied by an axial fan that sucks air from the centre and carries it onto the side walls, Together with a refined aerodynamic design, the ventilation system guarantees a better temperature and humidity uniformity inside the incubator and generates a warm air barrier that ensures effective heat insulation.

Artificial intelligence Control: A sophisticated electronic temperature control device in the incubator allows the user to keep the microclimate inside constant, with an accuracy of 0.1°C. This system keeps the set temperature uniform despite the external environmental temperature to ensure embryonic growth without decompensation and higher hatching rates.
The system works on the principle of feedback: the temperature taken by the NTC sensor is digitally processed by an advanced Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) algorithm, which eliminates the oscillations that are typical of the simplest adjustments, thus offering quick response and good temperature stability, equal to control solutions used on much more sophisticated equipment. - Static Humidity: Special grooves on the bottom of the incubator generate a static level of humidity required during the incubation period needed for embryonic growth.
- Monitor your eggs: The incubator lid, also in heat-resistant ABS, is entirely transparent to ensure full and constant internal visibility, without ever having to open the incubator during incubation or hatching. This is perfect for classrooms or home use to ensure everyone can watch as the chicks are hatching!
- Low energy consumption: Tested & certified for use in Australia & New Zealand and comes with a factory fitted plug Type I (Aus/NZ) and a car charger (for transporting eggs). The 12V model is perfect for home use or classrooms.
- Automatic Egg Turning: Automatically turns the incubated eggs for the entire incubation period. The microprocessor inside is programmed to regularly change the inclination degree of the eggs, always varying it differently, exactly as it happens inside a nest.
Note*: the vertical position of the eggs during incubation is the same used in the latest generation of industrial incubators. It always guarantees significantly higher hatching percentages compared with horizontally incubated eggs in old incubators, now technologically obsolete.
