Small chicks grow up fast. That is, if they can maintain the right temperature. Young chicks require more warmth than older ones. The Comfort Heating Plate takes this into account with its height adjustable legs. This guaranteed perfect temperature makes for happy and warm chicks. Regardless of whether they’ve just hatched or are a couple of weeks old.
With an innovate design developed by OLBA (Holland), this brooder can be used for all types of poultry chicks including quail, chickens, ducklings and more

Chick plates
"I have been using one of these for a few years and have recently bought a couple extra ones. I swear by them. They pose no fire risk, they waste about 1/5th of the power of a globe. They don’t send the chicks looney with 24/7 light. And they are super reliable. Mine often stay on for 6 months straight! I really can’t fault them. Thanks Brookfield poultry for your advice and speedy delivery."
40x40 chick plate
"Super easy to put together. Heats quickly. I was worried bc instructions said might not be warm enough if gets below 10 deg Celsius so I lowered it but chicks got too warm so works very well. I got larger so plenty room as chicks grow."
Awesome.
"We only use brooder hens for chickens. Find using lights is too dangerous. This is one of the best!"
