Gamebird Plucker (Large)

The quail plucking machine is a fast and efficient device that can pluck 10-14 quails at once, featuring a patented design with no intermediate elements, reducing maintenance and electricity consumption by up to 50%.

Made from durable food-grade plastic and equipped with specially designed plucking fingers, it provides a comfortable, effective plucking process without damaging the skin, and can also be used for other poultry like partridges, pheasants, and small ducks, turkeys or geese (by holding the rotating disc by hand).

Product Features

• Quality build & parts: Footed motor body, gearmotor, rotating disc, plucking chamber, fluff chute and quail plucking fingers. Its patented structure does not contain intermediate elements such as belt-pulley, sprocket, so there are no problems such as lubrication, belt loosening and breakage, and it does not create maintenance costs.
• Low power consumption: While electricity consumption is reduced by up to 50%, the system works more silently.
• Durable materials: It is manufactured from Food Grade plastic by mold-injection method. It is durable, robust and long lasting.
• Comfortable plucking: Plucking fingers are printed from natural rubber in special structure and formulation, providing a comfortable way without damaging the skin. The absence of intermediate elements, the special arrangement of the plucking fingers and the extra soft finger material reduce friction.
• Pluck young or old: It plucks young and old quails successfully and leaves no feathers even on the wings and tail, which are hard plucked.
• High torque: The high pushing force (torque) reaching the plucking fingers from the reducer creates a strong finger response (impact force) and flexible plucking that occurs after sudden acceleration between the finger strings.

Specifications

The Gamebird Plucker is shipped fully assembled, with user manual and water sprayer. For a quality plucking, it is recommended to use a feather plucking machine specific to the poultry species.
