"In response to your questionThe girls (hens) love the new nest box.They hop in where it its nice and private ,lay their eggs and leave. There are no broken eggs and we don't have to clean any .At first I thought the girls may take a dislike to the box as they are use to laying in a wooden box fill with straw but took a liking to it. I recommend these boxes to all poultry owners who find it time consuming cleaning up messes.A good investment. Cheryl Holder"

"It's our first rollaway nest box, and so far it seems to work really well. Very solid construction, the sheet metal is a thicker gauge than I was expecting, which is nice. One of our chooks was a bit indignant and stormed off up the road to find a better option, but the rest took to using the nest pads straight away. We bought the small one, and although it's titled a community nest box, have only seen one chook in it at a time. It's only marginally wider than a standard nest box."
